XTC's Discounted Call Services enables you to reduce the cost of your national (STD), international (IDD) and mobile phone calls while benefiting from the highest level of quality and reliability.

You will use your existing telephone lines to connect indirectly to our network and automatically tap into world class communications at more affordable prices.

XTC discounted call services multiple benefits are designed to save your company money, costs nothing to set up, and there are no contracts or hidden charges.

XTC uses a simple intelligent method of routing your outgoing telephone call which results in you obtaining cheaper phone calls. In conjunction with our telecom partners, we can save our customers up to 70% reduction against their normal business call bills depending on call locations. We are able to cut down call charges by working with alternative first class carriers who have much lower overheads. Using their networks, we are able to provide you with high quality outgoing calls coupled with much lower charges. It's really easy to change over to, and there are no setup costs involved.

How does it work

When you make a call to a local number, for example if you're in Kuala Lumpur and you make a call to someone who is also in Kuala Lumpur, the call will go through your existing telco provider as a normal local call.

However, when you make an outstation call to another state or country or a mobile phone, our dialer will automatically connect this call through our network in order for you to enjoy savings in these calls which your existing telco provider may not be able to offer.

Because of this, in the end of each month, you will receive bills from both your existing telco provider and XTC Solutions. Adding up both bills should still show you a reduction that what you would normally pay.

I have signed up, what happens next?

After signing up for the XTC's Discounted Call Services, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for a technician to install a dialer on your fixed line telephone. Once installed, you can use your phone as you would normally do.

At the end of the month, you will receive two phone bills:

* One from your existing fixed line provider
* One from XTC Solutions

You should notice the total savings even after combining both bills together.
