Free Incoming and Outgoing On-Net calls
On-Net call refers to phone call made over the Internet without involving any PSTN system. If the person you are calling is a XTCiP Service subscriber, you are making an on-net call. With XTCiP Service, you enjoy unlimited free talk time for on-net calls. With free on-net calls, you can talk as long as you like! You can buy two or more XTCiP accounts and give them to someone. Then you can stay in touch with each others with no hefty monthly toll charges! This is great for your friends, relatives as well as business associates.

Outgoing Local Off-Net calls
Off-Net call refer to phone call made from your XTCiP phone to another PSTN phone. If you are calling a person on PSTN number, you are making an off-net call. With XTCiP service, you can call anyone in rest of the world without subscribing to any fixed line from telco .Eg. VOIP Phone to PSTN Number.

Free CallerID
With CallerID, you can tell who is calling you before you answer the phone. This feature is available on any Caller ID-enabled phone device. Your Caller ID feature provides the identity of the party calling you. You can then decide to take the call or not. This will help you to eliminate calls from people you don't know and you can manage your time better! With free Caller ID, you can now avoid unwanted calls from telemarketers, strangers or people you do not wish to talk to immediately. This feature is free with XTCiP Service and puts you in control of your precious time!

Free Call Waiting
Call waiting lets you place a call and then answer a second incoming call. You can switch between the two calls. With call waiting, it is as though you pay two phone lines for the price of one. Using call waiting is very easy. You just need to press a button. When you are using the phone, and there is another incoming call, a beep tone alerts you. See who is calling in using the Caller ID. You can choose to put the first call on hold and answer the second incoming call. It's is so simple to use. Note this feature is supported on certain models of the phone.

Free Voicemail
XTCiP Service gives you free voicemail. If your phone is not connected, then any incoming calls will be diverted to a voice recording system. The caller can speak and leave a voice message for you. The voice message will then be delivered to your email account as a wave file attachment. You can retrieve your voicemail messages using your favourite email client and listen to your voicemail messages in any part of the world! Incoming calls will also be diverted to voicemail recording system if you are not available to answer the call after ringing for 30 seconds.

Free Conference Call
XTCip Service connects you 3 parties anywhere at the same time for conference. Most carriers provide 3 Way Call at an extra charge. This service is free for you so that you can speak to 3 parties at the same time! Note this feature is only supported on certain model of the phone.

Virtual Phone Number (ADD-ON)
If you want people to call you on your XTCiP phone from PSTN, you can subscribe to this advanced feature. This service ties a Malaysia PSTN number to your account. You can then receive incoming off-net calls from callers calling from PSTN telephone.
